I would like to ask for help. I ordered a rental car in advance for my holiday in Cancun via MEX. When I came to the office they didn't accept my credit card, debit card, even cash. When I asked to refund my money back, they told me that I have to contact you. Can you please be so kind and help with refund or with renting the car? Thank you very much for helping me out.


You must present a valid credit card in the name of the main driver to the supplier on arrival. Failure to do so, will result in the supplier not providing you with the car. You do not mention why the supplier ¨didn´t accept¨ your card? NO refund is applicable if your card was not valid or able to be authorized.


However, if you did have a valid/usable card , then please go to and create a trouble ticket, by clicking on ¨customer support¨ and our investigation team will investigate.
