The Rental Counter is located in the garage in the basement under the hotel.and Vehicles are located onsite. All vehicles returning to Waikiki must be returned to the following address: 2424 Kalakaua Avenue. A one-way drop fee will be assessed if the vehicle is returned to a different rental location other than the original pick up location. Shuttle Bus service to/from the Airport is NOT available from this location.
